But Wait! There's more!
This year's meeting includes new ways for our members to be engaged and involved. We are always seeking new ways to give our members a voice so this year we are giving the opportunity to recruit people who you think would be a good fit for joining the board. If you know someone passionate about Greenways have them read and submit this form.
Also, we are asking our amazing members to submit award nominations for individuals in the community who have been the unsung heroes for trail and greenspace development and growth. If you know someone worthy of recognition please complete this form.
Summer Membership Event
What could be sweeter than an event in July involving gelato in the park?
On July 20th, 2021 Greenways members joined the board for some gelato from Knotted Cone. They also got a guided tour of the newly opened Nelson Family Heritage Crossing in Heesakker Park which connects Little Chute and Kaukauna. What a wonderful way to connect with members and enjoy the wonderful addition to our parks!
Fox Cities Trail Summit
The 2020 Fall Trail Summit event was held virtually and included special guest speaker Dudley Edmondson. He shed light on the importance of people of color utilizing trails and nature to enrich their lives and how racism impedes on this. How can the Fox Cities increase diversity? See additional event details below.
